The Client Partner is responsible for creating and fostering long-term client relationships, educating clients on TikTok’s commercial opportunities, and driving business growth by utilizing TikTok’s advertising products. Key focuses include consultative selling, building partnerships with clients, and contributing to the overall performance marketing franchise.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure business opportunities across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA)
• Drive revenue growth through partnerships with direct clients
• Offer strategic media solutions and develop compelling sales propositions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
• Implement best practices for sales, services, and client interactions
• Prepare impactful presentations using market trends and data
• Provide exceptional customer service and keep clients updated on TikTok developments and best practices

Qualifications

• Experience in brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising
• Strong knowledge of South Africa's mid-market economy and the SSA market
• Expertise in social media, digital marketing, and mobile apps
• Understanding of performance media and biddable digital advertising
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and engage stakeholders effectively
